ONE IS BEGAN, WHEN THE OTHER HAS ENDED

Herstory

Ajeng speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English. She was raised by a civil engineer and her mother runs a cuisinier family business. She had a dengue fever and was hospitalized for 3 months with 6 days in coma when she was in 1st grade. The recovery from dengue fever was the beginning of her self-worth deterioration, knowing that the academic achievement was an external appreciation for her.


Her first service was early education facilitator. Then she dedicated her 6 years as a social worker. For her community service, she was awarded a scholarship for the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training. She resigned from her social worker job to respond to the call and dedicate her service for personal development and community therapy.

 Facilitate counselling, yoga asana and meditation class is her healing journey to connect and sense of human emotion and experience. Her service is her ceremony and devotion. People are

best perform in their area of expertise and comfort zone, but to explore human’s highest potential, it needs their first step to walk into dark space within a space that we all are unaware of.


She dedicates her second life to be a lifetime student by teaching. She believes no matter how hard we prepare not to fall, failure haunts our present and to help us to see life in a different view. She records her service in her blog and podcast in Bahasa Indonesia to raise awareness toward mental health and self-care.
